Returning to school
With children returning to ACT schools tomorrow ACT Chief Health Officer Dr Kerryn Coleman reminded people returning from interstate holidays to pay special attention to ACT Health advice.
“We are in a strong position in the ACT at the moment but we all need to work together as a community to ensure it stays that way,” Dr Coleman said.
“If you have been away from the ACT these school holidays then make sure you check the latest advice at www.covid19.act.gov.au
“This is especially important for people who been in NSW, as the situation there is rapidly evolving.
“Even for those people who have stayed in the ACT during this holiday period, I remind you to stay vigilant, practice social distancing and good hygiene practices, and get tested if you have any symptoms.”
