The South Haven [Michigan] nurse accused of being high on meth while on duty for a home care patient was sentenced to 30 to 75 years in prison, according to the Berrien County Prosecutor’s Office.
In February, a jury found Judith Sobol guilty of second-degree murder.
Sobol admitted to injecting and smoking methamphetamine before going to work in June 2022.
During her shift, a three-year-old patient in her care was found unresponsive. The patient later died at the hospital. (Continued…)
