The 2023 Easter Bonnet Festival comes to New York City from 10:00 a.m. ET on April 9, near St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.
This event is to demonstrate lavishly decorated hats, from the exquisite to the outlandish. New Yorkers from all walks of life come out to enjoy springtime weather and show off their hats.
