We the People must advocate for ourselves.
New York State has usurped our legislature several times in order to bring harmful mandates that destroyed the lives of hundreds of thousands of its residents through a process called the State Administrative Procedure Act (SAPA).
Some of these regulations were brought forth and passed into regulation through the NYS Department of Health (DOH). These regulations hold the weight of law without being law.
Harmful mandates such as vaccines, masking, nursing home visitation, and more all were passed through either emergency adoption or permanent adoption through the NYS DOH via the SAPA process.
There were several lawsuits that have resulted in judicial decisions and orders that these regulations were unconstitutional and violated the law and therefore null, void, and unenforceable.
BUT New York State and the NYS DOH seem to believe that they are above our judicial system and separation of powers and can continue to promulgate these regulations.
