Ninety-eight percent (98%) say that the US trading a Russian arms dealer for the return of American athlete Brittney Griner for was not a good deal.

That’s according to the latest unscientific poll of 1,174 people at SharylAttkisson.com.

One percent (1%) of those polled, said they weren’t sure if the trade was good for US, and fewer than one percent (1%) said the trade was good deal.

Griner was released from Russian detention on December 8 after a 10-month detainment.

She had been found guilty of rug charges and sentenced to nine years in prison. The Russian Federal Customs Service reported discovering vape cartridges containing marijuana concentrate hashish oil in Griner’s luggage, a crime, when she was in the capital of trying Moscow on February 7.

The Biden administration negotiated a one-for-one prisoner swap: Griner for Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout, known as the “Merchant of Death.”

Other US citizens, including Paul Whelan and Marc Fogel, are still being held in Russia.
