Don Beyer (D-Va.), Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), Ro Khanna (D-Calif.), Joe Neguse (D-Colo.), Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.), Jim McGovern (D-Mass.), Jim Cooper (D-Tenn.) and Scott Peters (D-Calif.) —] are very aligned. This is an act that would try to transition our system from single-member districts to multi-member districts, which would be a phenomenal advance.
