About two-thirds of respondents say recent criminal charges against Former President Donald Trump will only help him with his 2024 bid for the White House.
That’s according to the latest unscientific poll of 910 people at SharylAttkisson.com.
Twenty-two percent (22%) say that Trump’s recent indictment doesn’t matter, while 11% say it will hurt him.
Trump is charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records.
Trump is the first former president to ever face criminal charges. He has pleaded not guilty on all counts, and has said the investigation is a “witch hunt” and politically motivated.
