The following is a news analysis.
Facebook’s fake vaccine industry “fact checkers” recently removed a post that asked several questions even though the implications were indisputably supported by peer-reviewed studies, well-established data, and CDC.
Facebook argued the post was “dangerous” and could result in harm.
There was no way to appeal the decision.
What follows is the original Facebook post, plus a breakdown showing examples of the supporting data.
When I posted a series of tweets on Twitter explaining the same information, the material was widely-circulated and well-received. So I am also publishing it here in an easy-to-share format.
Would a vaccine normally get approved thru regular process if it:
Wears off after a couple of months
Doesn’t prevent infection
Doesn’t prevent spread
May still result in hospitalization/death
Requires 3-4 shots in yr

Is for disease that’s non-serious in most?
Below are examples of scientific data and citations for each part of the question. More information and study references can be found in the links in the blue box below in this post so that you can set aside the propaganda, read for yourself, and make up your own mind.

With evidence of seriously-waning immunity at the five- to six-month mark, CDC is now recommending a third “booster” shot.

“Doesn’t prevent infection”
This is not in dispute and is acknowledged by CDC and the vaccine makers.
A UK study finds “Household Secondary Attack Rate for delta infection, regardless of vaccination status, was 26%” and “peak viral load did not differ by vaccination status.”
An analysis of data in Israel, which has one of the world’s highest Covid-19 vaccination levels, showed almost 60% of those hospitalized for Covid were fully vaccinated. “This is a very clear warning sign for the rest of the world,” said Ran Balicer, CIO at Clalit Health Services, Israel’s largest health maintenance organization. “If it can happen here, it can probably happen anywhere.”
A study of health care workers in Vietnam found vaccinated people infected with Delta Covid-19 carry “unusually high viral loads” in their nostrils.
Israel announced that about half of the adults infected with Covid-19 during its outbreak in the June 2021 time period were fully vaccinated.
By June, many states started logging thousands of cases of Covid, including deaths, in fully vaccinated people.
Maine, are noting Covid-19 deaths occurring in fully vaccinated people.
“Doesn’t prevent infection”
This is not in dispute. CDC acknowledged and announced this fact. There have been thousands of studies and analyses of so-called “breakthrough infections” in fully-vaccinated people.

Finally, it is significant to note that vaccine advocates have repeatedly changed the definition of “vaccine effectiveness.” Prior to the vaccines being used, it was said they would prevent infection. When it became clear they were not very effective in preventing infection, it was claimed that true effectiveness was measured by whether vaccinated people could spread the infection. But when it became clear vaccinated people can spread the infection, they claimed the true measure of effectiveness it that no vaccinated people are hospitalized or die of Covid. When it became clear they are getting hospitalized and dying, after all, the vaccine advocates claimed the vaccines are still highly effective because fewer vaccinated people die of Covid. So—“highly effective”— even though three or four shots are needed for some, and the “effectiveness” doesn’t refer to preventing infection, spread or illness.
