A majority of voters, 54% say Congress is doing a “poor job.”
That’s according to a recent Rasmussen Reports survey.
Only a scant 17% of likely U.S. voters rated Congress as doing a “good” or “excellent” job.
The findings are even worse than the last measure from Rasmussen Reports in April when 21% rated Congress “good” or “excellent.”
This isn’t unusual.
Since 2007, positive ratings for Congress have only reached as high as 25% one time: in February 2017.
