People were like, “Hey, Slavitt, why don’t you build a website that connects people to appointments?” I was like, “That’s not the problem.” It wasn’t a website problem; it was very simply a supply shortage. Imagine if Amazon.com, every time you went to buy a book, they were like, “We don’t have that book.” You can have the most beautiful website in the world, but if you can’t get what you want done, they think you have a bad website.
